The nameplate specifically identifies the booster pump (Category)manufactured by Bell & Gossett (Manufacturer).
If the nameplate looks like this, part number 189165 (Part #) identifies Replacement Bearing Assembly. It means it no longer identifies the pump itself and you need to contact heating professional to determine what pump you have.
