A new way to control variable speed pumps:
The Sensorless Control System is a new way to control variable speed pumps. It’s a matter of common knowledge that the use of speed controlled pumps saves energy and significantly reduces the life cycle cost of these engines. Particularly high energy savings are possible at circulating systems if the system is able to move the actual working point along the plant curve.
To realize this, most systems need a differential pressure sensor and a flowmeter.
Control by using the power consumption:
In the new HYDROVAR-sensorless system, instead of the costly differential pressure sensor, there is included a highly accurate power measurement!
