The Bell & Gossett Ultra Setter line of pressure independent control valves combine easy field adjustability with excellent flow control, making them the ideal energy efficient solution for your HVAC system. The easy to set GPM dial makes setting and changing the flow a breeze, and the unique valve design provides full stroke modulation while maintaining 100% authority at all times.

The key feature of the Ultra Setter is its combined flow setting and modulating control element. The maximum flow is set using the GPM dial and controlled inside the valve through a rotational flow setting motion. Once the maximum has been set, the branch flow rate is controlled through use of an external control actuator which operates the linear control stroke. Lastly, the valve’s internal differential pressure regulator maintains the desired flow rate as system pressures fluctuate. The result is more accurate flow control, reduced system energy use, more efficient system operation, and reduced installation and commissioning time.

Valves are available with and without ball valve for isolation purposes and you have the option of 0-10V analog modulating or 3-position tri-state Siemens actuator. Ultra Setter Compact also provides the option of using Honeywell actuators and an additional On/Off Seimens actuator.
