Make a growing investment in your course with the Flowtronex Sustainable Savings Program.
Introducing the Sustainable Savings Program from Flowtronex. Replace just one of five major components to extend the life of your current pumping system today, and when you buy a complete system within three years, we'll deduct the value of your pre-purchased components from your new station price, re-install the unit on your new system, and renew your warranty on the entire system, including the original component. You can take up to three years to install your Flowtronex pumping system, see your return on investment in five years or less, get protection from inflation for the parts you need most now, and save on power and water bills in the future.
How much can I save?
Savings are possible when you replace your 15 year old turbine pump and motor with our new, high efficiency equipment.
Its all about efficiency and your old pump and motor don't have near as much as they did when they were new. Your pump could be running at 60% or even less depending on how much it's pumped and how clean your water is. Your motor could be running at 85% or even less, depending on the type of motor and how often it has been repaired.
Our pumps can be from 83% to 86% efficient
— our motors can be 93% efficient.
What does this mean to your budget?
Here is a conservative example:
Each main pump on your system needs to produce 500gpm @ 125psi (we'll take just one pump to make it simple).
You need to water 6 hours a night – 5 nights a week, 220 days a year. That is 1320 hours of operation.
Let's say your old pump is at the 60% mark and your motor is at the 85% mark. You are paying 10 cents per KWh
It is costing you about $ 5.31 an hour to operate this single 50hp pump and motor.
With our new, high efficiency pumps and motors installed, your new rate is cut to $3.38 an hour to operate! That is a 36% decrease in your per hour operating cost!
That equals $2,547 in savings alone.
How does this program save you from inflation?
Let's consider a typical replacement cost of a new pump and motor of $18,000. When you spend $18,000 in 2011, and you buy a new pump station in 2014 – we deduct the 2014 value of your pump and motor from the order. If we assume 3.3% inflation a year for the new 3 years that is another $1,800 in savings per pump and motor.
In three years, you have a new pump system using your 3 year old pump and motor with an "as new" 1 year factory warranty.
$2,547 (energy savings per year) x 3 years + $1,800 (inflation savings for 3 years) = $9,441.00 (total savings over 3 years when you by your new station)
