Named after a notable ITT CEO, the Harold S. Geneen Award is the highest corporate recognition provided to employees of ITT. The program recognizes company employees worldwide who have produced outstanding results through creative programs or achievements involving teamwork, imagination or unique application of skills.

Best Practices

The ITT Best Practices Symposium provides the opportunity for ITT employees to be honored by sharing their “Best Practices” with the rest of the company.
